RnB sistah Krizza Neri is the first winner of 'Protege: The Battle for the Big Break' reality-based singing talent show created by GMA Network the search for the next singing sensation.

Winning the contest, Krizza received 1 million pesos and a two-bedroom unit from Suntrust Adriatico Gardens in Manila worth 3 million. Meanwhile, the Texters’ Choice Award and Skyflakes Biggest Break award went to Lovely Embuscado. The three finalists (Krizza, Lirah, Lovely) will also receive a 5-year contract with GMA Artist Center.
