iPad 3 is reportedly set to be launched in February or March next year (2012). Reports added that iPad 3 will have a retina display which doubled the resolution of the current iPad or about around 2048×1536 resolution. It also includes a faster A6 processor that can compete with the robust Tegra 3 quad-core processor that appears in the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet.

Industry Leader Magazine (ILM) also reported the rumor and added that the reason why Apple might launch the iPad 3 in February is because it wants to "upstage Samsung’s (also a rumor but there is high possibility that it pushes through) February launch of their own next-generation Galaxy Tab."
iPad 3 will weigh in at 0.6 pounds, have 16GB of storage space, a battery life of 10 hrs, and 3G connectivity. The 9.7-inch Multi-Touch 'holygraphic' screen will create a more convenient user experience compare with that of iPod or iPhone. Whether it is flipping a photograph or zooming a map, the operations have become more accurate and precise on the Apple iPad 3G. With photos, audio, and HD video at your fingertips, this 3G iPad is multimedia redefined.
